I don’t know if there’s a dictionary entry for “Special Projects Editor,” but if there is, it needs to show a photo of Roy Huntington with one of those, ear-to-ear, “kid in a candy store” grins. Continue reading “Meet The . . . Gunsmith? Guncrank?”

The Wyoming Sight Drifter

The Taurus 856 Executive Grade
I haven’t had much direct experience with Taurus revolvers over the years. A Dispatch From America
Amidst the daily horror stories of a nation and culture in failure mode, it’s refreshing—and perhaps, recalibrating—to realize the America we all love is still in full bloom, in many places, from Sea to Shining Sea. Continue reading “A Dispatch From America”
Lessons From The Murder of Officer Scott Gadell
Having previously discussed the murder of New Jersey State Trooper Philip Lamonaco, and its influence on that agency’s decision to make the switch from revolvers to autopistols, we now turn our attention to the similar murder of New York City Police Department Officer Scott Gadell.
