SHOT Show 2022 Roundup
It was a great disappointment when the 2021 SHOT Show was canceled, so I was very eager to travel to Vegas, in mid-January, for the 2022 SHOT Show. I was really looking forward to linking up with all my industry friends, and seeing what the manufacturers had up their sleeves for us RevolverGuys this year. Continue reading “SHOT Show 2022 Roundup”
Hogue Bantam Grip Fix
A few weeks back, I detailed some fixes and modifications I’d been working on for my set of Kimber K6S revolvers. One of these was the addition of a set of Hogue rubber Bantam grips for my three-inch stainless model. Continue reading “Hogue Bantam Grip Fix”
SK Custom Grips
When you grab a fistful of revolver, the interface between man and machine begins with the grips (or “stocks,” if you’re a Colt guy) on the gun. The shape of the frame certainly has significant bearing on how the gun will feel in your hand, but a good set of grips can make it feel like an entirely different beast. DIY J-Frame JetLoader Pouch
It’s tricky to find adequate gear for a round gun in a flat gun world. With a click of a mouse, you have access to tons of holsters, aftermarket magazines and magazine pouches for all sorts of auto pistols, but finding quality revolver gear doesn’t come easy. Demand dictates supply, and since there are fewer people carrying revolvers, the lack of industry support for the revolver isn’t surprising. That doesn’t make it any less frustrating. Continue reading “DIY J-Frame JetLoader Pouch”
New K-PAK and J-CLIP-R Loaders From Zeta-6
There’s a lot of tinkering going on in the shop at Zeta6 these days. Continue reading “New K-PAK and J-CLIP-R Loaders From Zeta-6”
Dwayne Worley Grips
I often carry a Smith & Wesson Model 67 .38 Special; it’s a stainless K-Frame with a 4” tapered barrel. Most people wouldn’t choose it as a concealed carry gun. I wouldn’t have either when I was younger, but it makes more sense today. S&W made mine in 1974, along with thousands just like it. Now, mine is special. It has a perfect action and gorgeous custom stocks- Worley Grips. Continue reading “Dwayne Worley Grips”
